Once you reach Hali Ela, transfer to a local bus heading towards Nikagolla. The fare for this leg is around 30 LKR. Inform the bus driver of your destination, and they will drop you off close to the Old Steel Bridge. From there, it is a short 1 km walk to the bridge.
