Walking
If you're starting at Lugano's main train station (Lugano Stazione), exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. From the terminal, take bus line 2 towards 'Breganzona'. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazzale alla Valle'. From there, continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Gottardo. Turn left onto Via San Gottardo and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via Cattori. Turn right onto Via Cattori, and then take the first left onto Via Nassa. Walk straight until you reach the end of the street, where you will find a pedestrian area. Continue straight ahead, and you will arrive at P.za del Popolo, where Ex Casa del Fascio is located.

Another option is to start from the city center of Lugano, like Piazza della Riforma. From there, walk towards Via Nassa, a famous shopping street. Follow Via Nassa until you reach the end, where it meets with the lakeside promenade. Turn left and walk along the promenade until you reach the ferry terminal. From there, take a ferry to Como. Once you arrive at Como, exit the ferry terminal and head towards P.za del Popolo, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the terminal. You'll find Ex Casa del Fascio located at P.za del Popolo, 4.
