Start from the center of Lugano, at the main train station (Lugano Stazione). Exit the station and head south on Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Riforma, a central square. From Piazza della Riforma, take Via Nassa, a popular shopping street, and walk towards the lake. Once you reach the lakefront, follow the path along the lake (Lungolago) heading southeast until you reach the ferry terminal (Trasporto Pubblico).
