Ferry
Once you arrive at Varenna-Esino station, exit the train station and follow the signs to the Varenna ferry terminal. This is a short walk (about 10 minutes). Upon arrival at Bellagio, you will need to take another ferry towards the Varenna ferry terminal if you want to return.
