Walk
From the center of Zermatt, head towards the main train station (Zermatt Bahnhof). Once you reach the station, take the train to Brig. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Brig, transfer to a regional train heading to Domodossola. This route will take you through beautiful mountain scenery and takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Domodossola, you will need to catch a train to Balmuccia. The train to Balmuccia should take about 20 minutes. After arriving in Balmuccia, the Canoe and Rafting Center Monrosa is located a short walk from the train station. Exit the train station and head southeast on Via Roma. The center will be on your left at Via Roma, 1.

Bus
From the Zermatt town center, walk to the main train station (Zermatt Bahnhof). Board a train to Brig, which will take approximately 30 minutes. At Brig, switch to a bus that goes to Balmuccia. Make sure to check the bus schedule as the frequency may vary. The bus ride will take around 40 minutes. Upon reaching Balmuccia, disembark at the main bus stop. The Canoe and Rafting Center Monrosa is a short walk from there. Head southeast on Via Roma; the center is located at Via Roma, 1.
