To reach Mt Elgon Voyage using public transportation, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) from Mbale to Budadiri. Matatus frequently depart from Mbale town and the journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Budadiri, you can either walk towards Masaba Road or hire a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) for a short ride directly to Mt Elgon Voyage.
