    From the center of Berwickshire, head southwest on the A1 road towards Edinburgh. Continue on the A1 for about 45 miles (72 km). Take the exit toward A720/M8/Edinburgh and merge onto the A720 ring road. Continue on the A720 for about 6 miles (10 km), then take the exit for A7 towards Edinburgh City Centre. Follow signs for Craigmillar Castle Road. The castle is located at Craigmillar Castle Rd, Edinburgh EH16 4SY. There is parking available nearby, but it may incur a fee.
