If you are traveling by car, head towards Leicester city and get onto the A47. Follow signs for the A47 towards the A563. After about 5 miles, take the exit towards Desford. Continue on Desford Road and then turn onto Lindridge Lane. Tropical Birdland will be on your left. There is a parking area available on-site, which is free for visitors.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus to Leicester city center. From the city center, take the Arriva bus number 153 towards Desford. The bus will drop you off at Desford village. From the bus stop, it is a short 15-minute walk to Tropical Birdland. Head down Main Street, turn onto Desford Road, and then take a left onto Lindridge Lane. Follow the road until you reach the entrance of Tropical Birdland. Please check the bus timetable for any potential costs and service times.
