Travel Guide to St Olave, Hart Street, Churchyard

Getting There

• Underground (Tube)

  Take the District Line or Circle Line to Tower Hill Station. Exit the station and head east towards Tower Hill. As you walk, you will see the Tower of London on your left. Continue along Tower Hill until you reach the intersection with Trinity Square. Turn left onto Trinity Square. Walk straight and then take a right onto Hart Street. St Olave, Hart Street, Churchyard will be on your left at 8 Hart St, London EC3R 7NB.

• Bus

  From any central London location, find a bus stop with services towards the City of London. Catch any bus that goes towards Monument or Bank stations. Get off at the Monument stop. From Monument, walk south down Fish Street Hill until you reach the junction with Gracechurch Street. Turn left onto Gracechurch Street and continue until you reach the next traffic light. Turn right onto Fenchurch Street, then take a left onto Hart Street. St Olave, Hart Street, Churchyard will be on your right at 8 Hart St, London EC3R 7NB.

• Walking

  If you are near London Bridge, walk towards the River Thames, and cross the bridge. Once on the north side of the river, walk east along the riverbank until you reach the Tower of London. From there, head towards Tower Hill, then follow the directions for the underground route above, or simply ask locals for directions to Hart Street.

• Train

  If you are coming from outside London, take a train to London Bridge Station. From London Bridge, take the Northern Line to Bank Station. At Bank Station, change to the Central Line towards Liverpool Street and get off at Monument Station. From Monument Station, exit and head south towards Fish Street Hill, then follow the directions for the bus route above.
