From Windsor, make your way to Windsor Theatre Royal bus stop on Thames Street. Take the Green Line 702 bus towards London. After about an hour, you will arrive at Tower Hill. Once you disembark, walk towards Trinity Square, and Trinity Square Gardens will be directly ahead of you near Tower Hill Station.

From Windsor & Eton Central Station, take a train towards London Paddington. After approximately 30 minutes, transfer at Paddington to the Circle Line towards Tower Hill.
