From Edinburgh city center, take the A8 West towards the M8. Continue on the A8 until you reach the M9 roundabout. Take the first exit onto the M9 towards South Queensferry. Merge onto the A904 and follow the signs for South Queensferry. Upon reaching South Queensferry, follow the signs to Dalmeny House. The final approach will lead you through Dalmeny Village; Dalmeny House is located at the end of the road on your left. There is parking available on-site, but check ahead for any fees that may apply.

To reach Dalmeny House by public transport, start at Waverley Station in Edinburgh.
