From central Stirling, head southeast on the M9 motorway towards Edinburgh. Continue on the M9 for approximately 25 miles, then merge onto the M8 towards Edinburgh. Follow the signs for the A720, the Edinburgh City Bypass. After about 5 miles, take the exit for A1 towards Berwick upon Tweed. Continue on A1 for about 4 miles, then take the exit towards Portobello. Follow the signs for Portobello, and once in the area, navigate to Brighton Place. St. John The Evangelist will be located at 35 Brighton Pl, Portobello, EH15 1LT, on your right.

After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop for Brighton Place. Walk a short distance to 35 Brighton Pl, where you will find St. John The Evangelist.
