Walking
From the city center, head southeast towards the Royal Mile. Walk down the Royal Mile until you reach the junction with St Mary's Street. Turn left onto St Mary's Street and continue until it merges into Holyrood Road. Keep walking straight until you reach the entrance of Holyrood Park, which will be on your left. Enter Holyrood Park and follow the main path towards the east. Continue walking until you see the sign for St Anthony's Chapel Ruins. Follow the path uphill to reach the ruins, which are located on a hill overlooking St Margaret's Loch.

Bus
From the city center, take Lothian Bus number 35 from the stop at North Bridge (near the Scott Monument). Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the Holyrood Park stop. After disembarking, walk into Holyrood Park and follow the main path towards the east. Continue walking until you see the sign for St Anthony's Chapel Ruins. Follow the path uphill to reach the ruins, which are located on a hill overlooking St Margaret's Loch.

Cycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services in Edinburgh. Start from the city center and head southeast towards the Royal Mile. Take the route that leads you to Holyrood Park. Once you enter the park, take the main path towards the east. Keep following the path until you see the sign for St Anthony's Chapel Ruins. Park your bike at the designated bike racks and walk uphill to reach the ruins.
