At the train station, take a train to London Paddington. From London Paddington, transfer to the Bakerloo Line and travel to Baker Street Station. At Baker Street, transfer to the Metropolitan Line and take the train towards Aldgate. Get off at the Edgware Road Station. Woburn Walk is a short walk from the station. Exit the station and head southwest on Edgware Road toward Upper Baker Street. Continue walking straight until you reach Woburn Walk.
