From Innsbruck, take the train from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof towards Brennero. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Get off at Vipiteno (Sterzing) station. Once you arrive at Vipiteno station, exit the station and walk straight down Via Brennero until you reach the main square, Piazza Città, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. The Zwölferturm is located in the square, easily visible.
