Getting There

  • Walking

    From Nonntal, start by heading towards Nonntaler Hauptstraße and walk in the direction of the city center. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Schallmooser Hauptstraße. Here, you will see signs directing you to the Old Town (Altstadt).

    Upon reaching Schallmooser Hauptstraße, turn left and continue to walk for another 600 meters. You will eventually reach the Mirabellplatz, which is a large square surrounded by beautiful gardens. This area is a great spot for taking photos.

    From Mirabellplatz, head towards the bridge known as the Staatsbrücke. Cross the river Salzach using this bridge. You will now be in the Old Town of Salzburg.
