Driving
From the center of Mammoth Lakes, head towards the Mammoth Lakes Basin on Lake Mary Road. Continue past Twin Lakes. Turn into Coldwater Campground. Drive through the campground to the day-use parking area at the upper end of the campground. Parking is free. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak season.

Public Transport
Take the free Orange Line bus from the Village at Mammoth to the Lake Mary Marina/Coldwater Creek Campground stop (stop number 100). From the bus stop, walk uphill through the campground for approximately 0.2 miles to the Pine City/Duck Pass Trail parking lot. Check the ESTA website for the most up-to-date schedule. The bus is free.
