Hiking
If you are starting your journey from the Giant Forest area, head east on the General's Highway (CA-198) towards the Lodgepole Visitor Center. It's approximately a 2-mile hike. Once you reach the visitor center, continue on foot along the paved path towards the Giant Forest Museum. From the museum, take a right to follow the road towards Moro Rock, which is about a 1.5-mile walk. After visiting Moro Rock, return to the General's Highway and head south. Tunnel Rock is located just off the highway, approximately 1.5 miles from Moro Rock. Look for a small parking area and a short trail leading to the rock structure.

Public Transportation (Shuttle)
If you are at the Lodgepole Visitor Center, utilize the Sequoia Shuttle service during the summer months. Board the shuttle heading towards the General's Highway. Inform the driver you want to visit Tunnel Rock. The shuttle will drop you off at the nearest stop, which is within walking distance of Tunnel Rock. From the drop-off point, follow the signs and walk approximately 0.2 miles to reach Tunnel Rock.
