    The Yosemite History Center is located in Wawona, within Yosemite National Park. From the South Entrance (Highway 41), continue north. The History Center is near the Wawona Hotel. Park in the Wawona Store and Pioneer Gift Shop parking lot. Parking is free throughout Yosemite National Park.

    YARTS (Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System) provides bus service to Yosemite National Park from various gateway communities. Check the YARTS schedule for routes and stops, including those in Wawona. From the Wawona bus stop, it's a short walk to the Yosemite History Center, located near the Wawona Hotel. YARTS riders do not need a day-use reservation to enter Yosemite during peak season.
