If you are starting from the center of Kampot, head towards the riverside promenade. Walk along the riverside road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road heading towards the countryside. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you see signs for local transport heading towards Phu Quoc. Make sure to ask locals for guidance to Dương Đông as they are familiar with the route.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Kampot. Start at the riverside and cycle south along the river. Follow the main road until the junction where you see signs for Phu Quoc. Turn onto this road and keep cycling straight. You will pass through some small villages and scenic views. Keep an eye out for road signs indicating you are nearing Dương Đông, which is the town center of Phu Quoc.

Find a local tuk-tuk driver in Kampot. Negotiate a fare and tell them you want to go to Dương Đông. They are familiar with the route. Sit back and enjoy the ride as they take you along the scenic coastal roads. You should arrive in approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
