Walking
Start at the Nikao Beach area. Head northwest along the shoreline, enjoying the scenic views. Continue walking until you reach the main road, Ara Tapu. Turn left onto Ara Tapu and proceed along the road. Look for the sign indicating Te Rua Manga (The Needle) on your right. From the Nikao Airport, exit the airport and turn right onto Ara Tapu. Walk along Ara Tapu for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs directing you towards Te Rua Manga.
