Car
If you are driving from Tbilisi, take the E117 highway towards Rustavi. Continue straight for about 35 km until you reach the turnoff for the city of Marneuli. Follow the signs to Marneuli, which is approximately 15 km away. Once in Marneuli, follow local signs to Tandzia village. The fortress is located just outside of Tandzia. You can use the GPS coordinates 41.4637506, 44.3485068 to guide you to the fortress. There is no entrance fee for visiting the fortress.

To reach Khuluti Fortress via public transport, start by taking a marshrutka (minibus) from Tbilisi to Marneuli. The journey typically takes around 40 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive in Marneuli, you will need to catch another marshrutka or a taxi to Tandzia village. Confirm with the driver that they are heading towards Tandzia. This leg of the journey may take an additional 20-30 minutes. Upon arrival in Tandzia, you can walk to Khuluti Fortress, which is a short distance from the village center. Be prepared for a short hike uphill to reach the fortress.
