If you are driving from Tbilisi, take the E117 highway towards Rustavi. Continue straight for about 35 km until you reach the turnoff for the city of Marneuli. Follow the signs to Marneuli, which is approximately 15 km away. Once in Marneuli, follow local signs to Tandzia village. The fortress is located just outside of Tandzia.
