There is a parking area available at the lake, but note that there may be a parking fee of around €5 for the day.

To reach Eibsee using public transportation, begin at the Zugspitze railway station. Take the regional train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and then transfer to the bus service (bus number 8) towards Eibsee. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
