Walking
From the center of Rethymno, head towards the Old Town area and locate the main street, Arkadiou Street. Walk west on Arkadiou Street until you reach the junction with the seafront promenade. Continue along the promenade heading towards the west, enjoying the views of the sea. After approximately 1 km, you will reach the entrance to the Limnokastro area. Look for a path leading up towards the hills, which will take you to the location of Limnokastro. Follow the path until you see the sign for Limnokastro.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Rethymno's central bus station, take a local bus towards the area of Adelianos Kampos. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Limnokastro. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk back a short distance towards the main road and look for signage pointing towards Limnokastro. Follow the signs, which will lead you to the entrance.

Bicycle Rental
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Rethymno. Start your ride on the seafront promenade heading west. Continue cycling along the coast for about 2 km. Then, take the path that leads uphill towards Limnokastro. The route will offer scenic views along the way, and you will arrive at Limnokastro after a short uphill ride.
