If you are driving, take the Hakone Skyline (Route 1) and follow the signs to Motohakone. You will need to pay a toll of approximately ¥1,000 for the highway. Once you reach Motohakone, look for signs directing you to Tōgendai Port, located at 164 Motohakone, Hakone. There is parking available near the port, but it may fill up quickly during peak tourist seasons.

From Hakone-Yumoto Station, take the Hakone Tozan Bus towards Togendai. The bus ride takes about 50 minutes, and the fare is around ¥1,500. Get off at the Tōgendai stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs that direct you to the Hakone Pirate Ship terminal, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you are starting from Odawara Station, take the Hakone Tozan Line to Gora Station. Then transfer to the Hakone Tozan Bus towards Togendai. The total travel time will be approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, with a combined fare of around ¥2,500. Disembark at the Tōgendai stop and walk to the Hakone Pirate Ship terminal.

If you are already in the Motohakone area, you can easily walk to Tōgendai Port from your location. Look for the signs leading to the port. The distance is about 1 kilometer and will take approximately 15 minutes on foot. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
