Follow the signs for Route 1 and then take Route 732 towards Hakone. Once you approach Hakone, follow the signs for Lake Ashinoko. The lake is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Hakone area, and there is parking available at various locations around the lake.     For those using public transportation, you can start at Izukogen Station or Atami Station. From Izukogen Station, take the Izukogen Line to Odawara Station.
