If you're driving from the center of Hitachi, take Route 6 heading south towards Mito. Continue on Route 6 until you reach the junction for Route 349, then take Route 349 towards Yokosuka. Follow the signs that lead to Yokosuka and continue on until you see signs for Inaokacho. Once you arrive in Inaokacho, look for 82-19 Inaokacho, which is the address of Mikasa Historic Memorial Warship. There is parking available nearby.
