If you are driving from the center of Izu, head south on Route 135. After approximately 30 kilometers, you'll enter Shimoda. Continue on Route 135 until you reach the Touji area. Follow the signs for Toji Beach, which will be on your right. There's parking available nearby, but be aware that it may incur fees depending on the season.

Public Transportation
From Izu, take the Izu Hakone Railway to Shuzenji Station. Transfer here to the Izukyu Railway and board a train bound for Shimoda Station. The journey will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Shimoda Station, take a local bus (approximately 20 minutes) toward the Touji area. Get off at the 'Touji' bus stop, and from there, Toji Beach is just a short walk away.
