If you're driving from central Izu, take Route 135 towards Shimoda. Continue for about 30 minutes until you reach Shimoda city. Once in Shimoda, follow the signs for Cape Tsumekizaki Natural Park. You'll turn onto Prefectural Road 17 and follow it for approximately 10 minutes. Look for signs to the park, and you will find parking available near the entrance. Parking fees may apply, typically around 500 yen.
Public Transportation - Train and Bus
Start your journey by taking a local train from Izu to Izukyu-Shimoda Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Izukyu-Shimoda Station, exit and look for the bus stop.
