Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Izumi, head north on Route 3 (National Route 3) towards Hitoyoshi. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Follow the signs for Hitoyoshi and take the exit towards Shimoshinmachi. Continue following local signs to reach 観光複合施設 HASSENBA HITOYOSHI KUMAGAWA, located at 333-1 Shimoshinmachi, Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto 868-0033. There is parking available on-site.

  From Izumi Station, take the JR Hisatsu Line towards Kumamoto. Get off at Hitoyoshi Station, which is approximately a 20-minute ride. Once you arrive at Hitoyoshi Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located nearby. Take the local bus (check the schedule for frequency) that goes towards Shimoshinmachi.
