If you are driving, start from Kagoshima City Center. Head south on Route 3 towards Shiroyamacho. Continue on Route 3 until you reach the intersection at Shiroyamacho. Turn left onto Shiroyamacho and drive straight for about 500 meters. The Reimeikan - Kagoshima History Museum and Fine Arts Center will be on your left at 7-2 Shiroyamacho. There is parking available nearby.
