If you're traveling by car from central Kagoshima, head northwest on Route 3 (Kagoshima Loop Road). Continue on Route 3 for about 10 minutes until you reach Shiroyamacho. Turn left onto Shiroyamacho and continue straight for approximately 5 minutes. The Thirteen Stone Buddhas will be on your right at 22-12 Shiroyamacho. Parking may be limited, so look for available spots along the road.

To reach the Thirteen Stone Buddhas using public transportation, start at Kagoshima Chuo Station. Take the City View Bus (Route 1) towards Shiroyama. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the Shiroyama stop. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes northeast along Shiroyamacho; the Thirteen Stone Buddhas will be on your left at 22-12 Shiroyamacho. The bus fare is around 200 yen.
