    If you are driving from Kagoshima City, take Route 3 heading south. After approximately 50 kilometers, you will reach Ibusuki. Follow the signs for Ibusuki and then look for signs pointing to Yunohama. Saraku Sand Bath Hall is located at 5 Chome-25-18 Yunohama, Ibusuki. There is parking available, but please note that there may be a parking fee of around 500 yen.

  • Train

    Take the JR Kagoshima Main Line from Kagoshima Chuo Station to Ibusuki Station. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 1,000 yen. Once at Ibusuki Station, you can take a local bus (Ibusuki City Bus) to the Yunohama Sand Bath area. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes, and the fare is around 300 yen. Get off at the Yunohama Sand Bath Hall stop, which is a short walk to the entrance.

  • Bus

    From Kagoshima City, you can also take an express bus to Ibusuki. The bus departs from Kagoshima Bus Terminal and takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The ticket price is around 1,500 yen. Once you arrive at the Ibusuki bus terminal, transfer to an Ibusuki City Bus heading to Yunohama, which costs around 300 yen. Get off at the Yunohama Sand Bath Hall stop, and you will find the entrance nearby.
