If you're driving, start by heading southeast on Route 20 (Chuo Street) from Kai. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the Taito City area. Once you enter Taito City, look for signs directing you to Ueno Park. Turn onto Ueno Park's main road and follow it until you reach Uenokoen. The Sogakudo Concert Hall will be located at 12-8 Uenokoen, on your right. There is limited parking available near the concert hall, so plan accordingly.

To reach Sogakudo Concert Hall via public transportation, start by taking the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station to Tokyo Station. At Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and head towards Ueno Station. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, take the Park Exit. From there, walk straight towards Ueno Park, which should take about 10 minutes. Enter Ueno Park and continue walking until you reach Uenokoen; the Sogakudo Concert Hall will be located at 12-8 Uenokoen, on your left.
