Car
If you're traveling by car, take the Kanetsu Expressway from Tokyo. The drive will take approximately 2 hours, depending on traffic. Exit at the Ota IC and follow the signs for Ota City. Continue on Route 50 and then take Route 127 towards Nagatecho. Gunma Kids’ Country is located at 480 Nagatecho, Ota, Gunma 373-0054. There is parking available on-site, and be aware that there may be a parking fee.

Train
For those using public transportation, take the Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Takasaki Station (approximately 1 hour). At Takasaki Station, transfer to the JR Joetsu Line and get off at Ota Station (approximately 30 minutes). From Ota Station, you can take a taxi to Gunma Kids’ Country, which is about a 15-minute ride. Alternatively, you can use local buses that run from Ota Station to the park, but check the schedule as they may not be frequent.

If you prefer to use the bus, take a highway bus from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal directly to Ota City. The bus ride takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive at Ota, you can take a local bus or taxi to Gunma Kids’ Country. Ensure you check the bus timetable for the return journey as services may vary.
