By Car
If you're driving from the center of Kyoto, take National Route 1 (also known as the Meishin Expressway) towards Otsu. After about 30 minutes, take the exit towards Mibukayogoshocho. Follow the signs for Mibukayogoshocho, and continue on the road for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the Kyoto Seishu Netsuke Art Museum located at 46-1 Mibukayogoshocho, Nakagyo Ward. There is parking available near the museum; however, be sure to check for any parking fees.

By Public Transportation
To reach Kyoto Seishu Netsuke Art Museum using public transportation, first take the JR Nara Line from Kyoto Station towards Nara. Get off at Yamashina Station (about a 10-minute ride). From there, transfer to a local bus (Kyoto City Bus #205) heading towards Mibukayogoshocho. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Mibukayogoshocho bus stop, and the museum will be a short 5-minute walk from there. Make sure to have some cash on hand for the bus fare, which is usually around 230 yen.
