    If you're near Kyoto Station, take the city bus number 205, 17, or 100 towards the city center. Get off at 'Shiyakusho-mae' bus stop. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes, following the signs for Shinkyogoku Shopping Street. You will find the entrance to the shopping street on your left.

    If you're near the subway, take the Karasuma Line from Kyoto Station and get off at 'Shijo Station'. Once you exit the station, head east on Shijo Dori (Shijo Street) for about 5 minutes. At the intersection with Shinkyogoku Shopping Street, turn left to enter the shopping area.
