Getting There

    From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, transfer to the Karasuma Subway Line and head to Shijo Station. Exit the station and walk west along Shijo-dori Street. After about 10 minutes, turn right onto Tamakuracho. Kyoto-Sushimaking will be on the second floor of the building at 120-1 Tamakuracho.

  • Train

    Start at Nara Station and board the Kintetsu Nara Line train towards Kyoto. Disembark at Kyoto Station. From there, take the Karasuma Subway Line to Shijo Station. Upon exiting the station, walk straight along Shijo-dori for about 10 minutes. Turn right onto Tamakuracho, and you will find Kyoto-Sushimaking on the second floor of the building at 120-1 Tamakuracho.

  • Bicycle (Rental)

    Rent a bicycle from Nara's rental station near the Nara Park area. Head towards the Kintetsu Nara Station and take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto. Once in Kyoto, follow the signs to Shijo Station. From there, cycle west along Shijo-dori Street for about 10 minutes, then turn right onto Tamakuracho. The cooking class is located on the second floor at 120-1 Tamakuracho.
