If you're traveling by car from the Kyoto countryside, take the Kyoto Jukan Expressway and exit at the Kyoto Minami interchange. Continue on Route 1, then follow signs for Nakagyo Ward, where the Samurai Ninja Museum is located. The address is 292 Utanokoji-bldg, Higashidaimonjicho, Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto 604-8043. There is limited parking available around the museum, so plan to arrive early if driving.

To reach the Samurai Ninja Museum via public transportation, start at the nearest train station in the countryside, such as JR Kyoto Station. From JR Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Line to Shijo Station (about a 5-minute ride). At Shijo Station, transfer to the Hankyu Kyoto Line and get off at Karasuma Station. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk. Exit the station, head south on Karasuma-dori, turn left onto Shijo-dori, and continue until you reach Higashidaimonjicho. The museum will be on your left at 292 Utanokoji-bldg. The total journey may take around 30-40 minutes.

If you prefer taking a bus, from Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus #205 or #17 towards Karasuma. Get off at the Shijo-Kawaramachi stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk.
