If you are starting from Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line (green line) towards Kokusaikaikan. Get off at Shijo Station (about 5 stops, approximately 10 minutes). From Shijo Station, take Exit 1 and head north on Karasuma Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Sanjo Street. Turn right onto Sanjo Street and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach Higashidaimonjicho. The KYOTO SAMURAI NINJA MUSEUM is located at 292 Utanokoji-bldg, a short walk from the intersection.

If you are near the Gion district, you can walk to the museum. Head north on Hanamikoji Street until you reach Shijo Street. Turn left onto Shijo Street and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Karasuma Street. Turn right and walk for about 10 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Sanjo Street, turn left and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will find the KYOTO SAMURAI NINJA MUSEUM at 292 Utanokoji-bldg on your right.
