If you are driving from Kyoto, take the Keihan Highway (Kyoto-Suidaiko) towards Uji. Take the exit for Uji and continue on Route 1 until you reach Uji. Once in Uji, follow the signs for Togawa. Taihoan is located at Togawa-2, Uji, Kyoto 611-0021. There is parking available nearby; please check for any applicable parking fees.

From Kyoto Station, board the JR Nara Line train towards Nara. Get off at Uji Station (approximately 20 minutes). From Uji Station, you can take a local bus (Uji City Bus) or walk to Taihoan. If you choose to walk, head southeast on Route 1, which takes about 15-20 minutes. The exact address is Togawa-2, Uji, Kyoto 611-0021.

If you are already in the Uji area, you can catch the Uji City Bus from Uji Station. Look for bus number 61 or 62, which will take you closer to Taihoan. Get off at the Togawa stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Taihoan.
