Car
From Tosa, take Route 56 north towards Kochi City. Merge onto Route 32 and continue for about 75 kilometers. Follow the signs for Kyoto via the Sanyo Expressway (also known as Route 2). Once in Kyoto, take exit 2-1 for Kujo Street (Kujo-dori) and then follow the signs for Fushimi Inari Taisha. The shrine is located at 68 Fukakusa Yabunouchicho, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto. There is parking available near the shrine, but it can fill up quickly, especially during peak tourist seasons.

Public Transportation
To reach Fushimi Inari Taisha from Tosa using public transportation, first, take a train from Tosa to Kochi Station. From Kochi Station, take a limited express train to Kyoto Station (which may take approximately 2 hours). Upon arriving at Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Nara Line and take a train towards Inari Station (about a 5-minute ride). After arriving at Inari Station, exit the station and follow the signs to Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is a short walk from the station. There are no additional costs besides your train tickets, which will vary based on your chosen train services.
