Getting There

  • Public Transportation (Train)

    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Kyoto Line towards Osaka. Get off at the Omiya Station (approximately a 5-minute ride). Transfer to the Kyoto Subway and take the Tozai Line towards Uzumasa Tenjingawa. Get off at the Nijo Station (approximately a 10-minute ride). From Nijo Station, take Exit 2 and walk straight for about 10 minutes towards Mibumatsubaracho. Hanano Yu will be on your right at 15-3 Mibumatsubaracho.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    From Kyoto Station, take bus number 205 or 17 towards Nijo-jo (Nijo Castle). Get off at the Nijo-jo-mae stop (approximately a 15-minute ride). From there, walk south on the main road for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Hanano Yu located at 15-3 Mibumatsubaracho, on your left.

  • Walking

    If you are close to the center of Kyoto, you can walk to Hanano Yu. From the Kyoto Imperial Palace, head southwest towards Marutamachi-dori. Continue straight for about 1.2 km, then turn left onto Mibumatsubaracho. Walk for another 300 meters until you reach Hanano Yu at 15-3 Mibumatsubaracho.
