Subway
If you are near Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Line (green line) towards Kokusaikaikan. Get off at Shijo Station (about 3 stops). From Shijo Station, take Exit 1 and walk straight along Shijo Street. After about a 10-minute walk, turn left onto Sanjo Street, then take the first right onto Mibukayogoshocho. The Kyoto Seishu Netsuke Art Museum will be on your right.

From Kyoto Station, take the City Bus number 205 or 100. Get off at the 'Mibu-dera' bus stop. After getting off, walk north for about 5 minutes along the main road. Turn left onto Mibukayogoshocho and continue straight for 2 minutes; you will see the Kyoto Seishu Netsuke Art Museum on your left.

If you are in the Nishiki Market area, head west along Nishiki Street until you reach the intersection with Shijo Street. Turn left onto Shijo Street and walk south for about 15 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Sanjo Street, turn right, and take the first left onto Mibukayogoshocho. The museum will be located on your right after a short walk.
