To reach Kawai Kanjiro's House from Kyoto Station, start by taking the Karasuma Subway Line (green line) towards Kokusaikaikan. Get off at the 'Kiyomizu-gojo' station. This should take about 15 minutes. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the east exit. After exiting, walk straight on Gojo Street until you reach the intersection with Higashioji Street. Turn left onto Higashioji Street and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see the sign for Kawai Kanjiro's House on your right at 569 Gojozaka, Higashiyama Ward.
