Public Transport - Bus
If you are near Kyoto Station, head to the Kyoto City Bus terminal located right outside the station. Look for Bus No. 100 or 206, which goes towards Higashiyama. Once on the bus, stay on for about 20 minutes and get off at the 'Higashiyama Yasui' stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes - head east on Yasui Street, then turn left onto Chayacho Street. The Treasure Museum will be on your right at 530 Chayacho.
