Public Transportation
Start at Settsu Station (摂津市駅). From here, take the Hankyu Takarazuka Line towards Takarazuka. Ride for 3 stops and get off at Ibaraki-shi Station (茨木市駅). Transfer to the JR Takarazuka Line towards Osaka, and ride for 3 stops until you reach Kyoto Station (京都駅). Once at Kyoto Station, follow the signs to the Karasuma Subway Line and take the subway towards Kokusaikaikan. Get off at the Higashiyama Station (東山駅), which is the closest subway stop to MANDARACHA. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to 278-1 Yamashirocho, Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto 605-0831.

Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Settsu and head southwest on Route 171. Merge onto the Kyoto–Osaka Expressway (名神高速道路) and continue for about 20 km. Take the exit for Kyoto and follow the signs for Route 1 towards Higashiyama. After about 5 km, you will reach the area of Yamashirocho in Higashiyama Ward, where MANDARACHA is located at 278-1 Yamashirocho. There is limited parking available near the teahouse, so plan accordingly.
