From Kyoto Station, take the JR Tokaido Line towards Maibara. Change trains at Kusatsu Station to the JR Kusatsu Line towards Kusatsu. Get off at Koka Station. From Koka Station, you can take a taxi to Shingu Shrine, which is about a 15-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can walk for about 45 minutes following the local road signs.

From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus #206 or #100 to Kiyomizu-dera. From there, transfer to the bus heading towards Koka. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest routes to Koka. Once you arrive in Koka, you can take a taxi to Shingu Shrine which is approximately a 15-minute ride.
