    From any location in Nara, head north on Route 163 towards Kyoto. Continue straight for about 45 minutes until you reach the city limits of Kyoto. Once in Kyoto, follow signs for Nakagyo Ward. As you approach the city center, look for Mibukayogoshocho. The Kyoto Seishu Netsuke Art Museum is located at 46-1 Mibukayogoshocho.
