Getting There

  • Car

    From Nara city center, take Route 369 heading east. Continue on this road for about 15 minutes. You will pass through rural areas with beautiful scenery. Once you reach Zoshicho, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Kasuganoenchi. There is parking available at the site, which is free of charge.

  • Public Transportation - Train and Bus

    Start at Nara Station. Take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Yamato-Saidaiji Station. From there, transfer to a local bus (Nara Kotsu Bus) heading towards Kasuganoenchi. The bus ride should take approximately 20 minutes. The bus fare is around 500 yen. Get off at the Kasuganoenchi bus stop, and you will find the park entrance nearby.

  • Public Transportation - Bus Only

    If you are in the vicinity of Naramachi or Yoshikien Garden, you can board a Nara Kotsu Bus directly to Kasuganoenchi. Check the bus schedule as the frequency may vary. The fare is approximately 300-500 yen depending on your starting point. The journey will take around 15-25 minutes depending on traffic.
